Blue Iguana Hotel Sámara, Sámara

The hotel has a fantastic location, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and the Alfaro bus stop. The rooms, despite not having AC and open netted ventilation slots, were cozy. The service was exceptional with a very nice and friendly staff.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, lacking mosquito protection, but I found them cozy with two different beds in the same room. The service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like providing phones and portable battery packs. The location was lively, but the noise from the nearby bar playing music until 3 am was a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory, with fresh and tasty options served by a lovely server. Overall, a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects to consider.

The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, although it was a bit noisy being right next to a bar that played music until late at night. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh and tasty food served by the lovely server Estafanie. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the nice swimming pool and the laid-back feel it provides.
